RAM Torque 19mm (3/4″) to 25mm (1″) Diameter Handlebar/Rail Base with 25mm (1″) Ball DESCRIPTION The RAM® Torque™ handlebar and rail mounting base has a 25mm (1”) rubber ball and accommodates bars  in 19mm (3/4″) to 25mm (1″) diameter. Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and protection of the rail.
